We believe Food Is Medicine (FIM). Founded by Tracy, a registered dietitian inspired by her upbringing with an herbalist grandmother and chef grandfather in China, our practice was born from her personal journey of healing from an eating disorder and PCOS. As both a patient and a provider, she experienced firsthand how ineffective, fragmented, and profit-driven our healthcare system can be. Frustrated by its failure to provide truly holistic, integrative, and patient-centered care, she set out to build a better approach to health and healing.
