Glow started as one chair and a loyal following. The team trains every season on new colour work, so whether you want a quiet trim or a full transformation, you are in steady hands.

For big changes yes, a quick chat before the day means we mix the right formula and set aside enough time.

Do I need a colour consult first?

A day's notice is perfect. It lets us offer the chair to someone on the waitlist.

What is your cancellation policy?

Most colour services run two to three hours, and a full transformation can take longer. We will give you an honest time estimate when you book.

How long does a colour appointment take?

We work with professional, mostly ammonia-free colour lines and can tailor everything to sensitive scalps. Tell us your goals and we will match the right products.
