1. What we collect.
Account details (name, email), site content you create or upload (including Instagram screenshots you choose to upload), usage analytics, and payment metadata handled by Stripe. We never see full card numbers.
2. How we use it.
To provide and improve the service: generating your site, hosting it, showing you analytics, and sending service emails (like claim reminders for unclaimed sites).
3. AI processing.
Content you submit for generation (descriptions, screenshots, menu photos) is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce your site. It is used to serve your request, not to build advertising profiles.
4. Visitor data on your site.
Your published site collects basic, aggregated analytics (views, referrers) shown to you. You are responsible for your own visitors' privacy obligations where applicable.
5. Sharing.
Service providers only (hosting, payments, AI processing, email) under contract. We don't sell personal data.
6. Retention & deletion.
Unclaimed generated sites are deleted after the reservation window plus a short recovery period. You can delete your account and sites from the dashboard; backups purge on schedule.
7. Your rights.
Access, correction, export, and deletion, email support@carder.app. Depending on your location, GDPR or similar rights may apply.
