Terms of service.

1. The service.
Carder (carder.app), operated by Carder Technologies Inc., provides AI-assisted mini-site creation, hosting, and related tools. By creating an account or generating a site you agree to these terms.
2. Your account.
You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of information on your sites. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
3. Your content.
You retain ownership of content you upload or that is generated for your business. You grant Carder a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. You confirm you have rights to any content you upload, including Instagram screenshots, which must be of your own profile or one you're authorized to represent.
4. AI-generated content.
AI drafts may contain errors. Review before publishing, you are responsible for the final published content, including prices and claims about your business.
5. Acceptable use.
No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content; no impersonating businesses you don't represent; no attempts to disrupt the service.
6. Plans & payment.
Paid plans bill via Stripe monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Downgrades apply at period end. Applicable taxes may be added.
7. Termination.
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination of a paid plan, your free-tier site remains subject to free-tier limits.
8. Disclaimers & liability.
The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
